Jim -
"Baby we know you think I'm crazy" - Madison
okay... it has been too long. I've had so many chances. I turned my back and I ran. away I've had so many chances to make a new post. I've been just too lazy too do so. I should have a lot to say, but I don't think I do...
Birthday is coming soon (Feb. 5th). Like Paige going to Allstate on her birthday, I'm going to be flying home from LA on mine. So, just in case you don't get to see me on that day, I've compiled a list 10 things I want for my birthday... they are in no specific order.
1. Any CD that isn't pop or r&b. I prefer rock, electronica, or
classical
2. Nuklear Age (book)
3. Extra memory for my PC
4. Blank CD-Rs
5. money for a tank of gas (about $25-29)
6. A girlfriend
7. 5 bucks
8. DVD of Napoleon dynamite
9. a new Rubik's Cube
10. A BIG HUG! (with one or more of those items in your hand with the intention of giving it to me... if you don't have the gift, don't touch me. lol)

All of these are acceptable as of now until the 1st of Feb. and a week after the 5th of Feb. (because I won't be in town 1st-5th)
I can't wait until the Emery show on the 27th. I'm so ready for that. I'm hoping I'll get to go. If I don't, oh well...
I think I have figured out why I keep little things around the house like twist ties and other little nick nacks that really have no use... when I was younger, I would play with stuff like that. I'd save them and make stuff out of them. Not that I didn't have any toys... but toy companies can't make everything... and even if they did, I would waste my money on it when I could just make it myself. I remember when Legos were awesome. I don't know why I don't play with legos anymore... they're cool... I guess I just don't have the time anymore. It's interesting how your playtime just seems to disappear when you get older. I never remember a point where I though to myself: "Playing with toys just isn't fun anymore... I'm gonna grab a book and read... then do a little internet surfing." It just seems to fade away...
I miss my childhood... some great memories.
I remember I learned what sacrifice was back when I was 7 and my mom kept foster children. Russell had become like a brother to me and a best friend. I had grew up with him. He lived with us ever since I can remember. He was being moved to another foster home... I remember crying as he got ready to leave. Just as he got ready to go, I ran up to my room, got my most favourite toy that we used to share all the time and I gave it to him. Hoping he would remember me by it. I saw Russell a few years ago when I went to go get my driving permit. He looked awful. He was about 18 and was getting an ID... he didn't even have a permit. He lived in the slums... He was headed nowhere in life. Because he moved, his live was ruined. He had so much before him. He would read all the time. He could do math in his head like crazy... He never had to use paper and pencil.
I have a few other stories like that, but I never talk about those years it seems...

A few other weird things have happened to me... I feel like I'm getting closer to some people... people I hardly ever see. I fell like I'm closer to some people that I don't see for months than I am to friends I have at school that I see on a daily basis.
The new Terry Goodkind book, Chainfire, is wonderful... I'm trying to take my time with it so that I can soak it all in.
In other news, I'm hoping to get a new song on the purevolume site.
I'm also still looking for someone to joint post with me... oh well...
Leave your nice notes like you always do!

Oh yeah. LA BABY!
I won't see you on the fifth, cause we're getting up at 1:30 AM EST SO WE CAN MAKE IT BACK TO ATLANTA FOR GHP AUDITIONS!! NO! *deep breath* I'm sorry. That's just a big stresser for me.
I never knew you ran a foster home first. There's alot of things about crazy Jim that I don't know. You're a cool kid, even for a vegetarian.
The change in format scared the crap out of me. No, really. It's gotten down on the floor and is running for the door as I'm writing evermore and I shall shop soon at a store and I don't like lots of gore and I love to eat some smores.
Paigeroonieoonieoonie.
